The WhatsApp assistant is an add-on for Premium, so you need Premium first. Every account can try it free once for 14 days.

How are actions counted? Each saved record or invoice, and each figures question, counts as 1; a saved receipt photo counts as 2. If you run out, add 400 actions for RM80 and it works again straight away. Without a top-up it switches to basic mode, where a number menu still shows today, this month, last month, low stock and the last 5 records.
What can it do?
Step by step
Turn it on and link it in Settings
In the App, open Settings → WhatsApp assistant and start the free trial or buy it. Tap Get a code, then Open WhatsApp to send, and send the code to the assistant.
The code works for 10 minutes and only once. After sending, tap "Sent it — refresh". Set your 6-digit PIN for figures on the same page.
Say it on WhatsApp
For example "Sold 5 cartons of coconut milk to Mr Chan, RM36 each", or just send a receipt photo or PDF. The assistant lists it for you to check.
It only sees your own books, never anyone else's.
Reply 1 to save; enter your PIN for figures
If it looks right, reply 1 and it goes into your books; reply 2 to cancel. When you ask about income or profit, enter your 6-digit PIN first; it stays unlocked for 30 minutes.
Five wrong PINs in a row lock it for 30 minutes, to protect your figures.
Want to know how many actions are left? Send "package" on WhatsApp any time; the assistant tells you what is left this period and when it ends. This does not count as an action.

Can I use the WhatsApp assistant on Free or Basic?
No, the WhatsApp assistant is a Premium add-on. During the 30-day Premium trial on new accounts you can start its 14-day free trial.
Will it record things by mistake?
No. Everything is listed for you first and only saved when you reply "1". Reply "2" to cancel.
Can someone with my phone see my figures?
Questions about income, profit and similar figures need your 6-digit PIN, which stays unlocked for 30 minutes. Five wrong tries lock it for 30 minutes.
Can my staff use their own WhatsApp?
Yes, with a sub-account. The owner first turns on WhatsApp in the sub-account's permissions, then the staff member links their own number. One add-on is shared by the owner and sub-accounts.

Can I send Excel files?
On WhatsApp you can send receipt photos and PDFs (up to 4 pages). For Excel / CSV reports, use Import in the App (Premium).
