Questions

Can I export on the Free plan?

No. The Free plan can view this month's and last month's reports but cannot export. Basic exports to Excel, and Premium also exports to SQL Account.

Can I give my accountant the receipt photos too?

Yes. When you export to Excel, records with scanned receipts have their photos packed into a ZIP with the Excel file.

How do I import into SQL Account?

The Excel file from Export to SQL has income as OR (Official Receipt) and expenses as PV (Payment Voucher). Your accountant imports it with SQL Account's Excel import tool.

What if the account codes are wrong?

Change them under Settings → Export to SQL Account. They start with SQL's standard chart, and Reset to SQL standard puts them back.

Can I export only some records?

Yes. Choose the dates you want in Reports, or filter on the Records page and tap Export Excel.

Does it support LHDN e-Invoice?

Not at the moment. DuitLedger does not support LHDN e-Invoice (MyInvois).
