Record by scanning receipts

No more typing every entry. Snap a receipt, AI reads the date, merchant, amount and category, and you save it after a quick look.

• Reads receipts, invoices and PDFs; a long receipt can take several photos and still counts as one scan
• Shopee, Lazada and other online-store settlements, with income and fees split automatically

When your scans run out, top up 60 for RM20 (they never expire), or switch to “Manual Entry”.

Make an invoice and send it

1. Tap “Invoice” and enter the customer’s name and phoneCustomers you’ve invoiced before are remembered.
2. Add items, quantities and pricesThe total adds itself up; on Premium you can tap the microphone and just say it.
3. Tap “Create invoice” and send it on WhatsAppThe income is recorded at the same time, so you don’t enter it twice.

1. Turn on the WhatsApp assistant in “Settings”Tap “Get a code” and send it to the assistant from your WhatsApp to link it.

2. Enter this month’s salaryEPF, SOCSO and EIS are worked out.
3. Tap “Save payslip” and download the PDF for the employeeIn Malay + English, and the “Staff Salary” expense is recorded too.

Export for your accountant

1. Open “Reports” and pick the datesThis month, last month, or “Custom” dates (Basic and up).
2. Tap “Export this period”The receipt photos come zipped together, so your accountant has everything.
3. If your accountant uses SQL Account, tap “Export to SQL”Income becomes OR and expenses PV, ready to import into SQL Account.
